Faber-Castell 12 Watercolor Pencils: Versatile Water-Soluble Art Set for Painting and Drawing with Rich, Vibrant Colors.

About this product

This is a 12-pack of Faber-Castell Watercolour Pencils, specifically from their "Red Range" aimed at children and beginners. The packaging features a vibrant underwater scene with two colorful tropical fish, illustrating how the pencil marks can be blended with water to create a paint-like effect. A prominent blue banner across the top specifies that the set includes 12 Watercolour Pencils (Aquarellbuntstifte), and a cutout window near the center allows a glimpse of the actual sharpened pencils inside. The box highlights the product's versatility with the slogan "Pencil Turns to Paint" located at the very top. Key design elements include the iconic Faber-Castell logo with its jousting knights and small icons indicating the pencils have an ergonomic triangular shape and high break resistance. Various artistic tools, including a paintbrush and a purple pencil, are shown "in action" on the cover to demonstrate the mixed-media techniques possible with this set.
