About this product

The Faber-Castell Creative Studio Oil Colours set contains 12 highly pigmented tubes, typically available in 9ml or 20ml sizes. Designed for both hobbyists and experienced artists, these paints feature a smooth, buttery consistency that allows for excellent opacity and coverage on various surfaces like canvas, paper, wood, and plastic. The set is particularly well-suited for traditional and experimental techniques, including glazing, impasto, and fine detailing, due to its brilliant intermixability and vibrant color strength. For ease of use, the paints are housed in easy-to-use tubes with color-coded ends for quick identification while working. The formulation is versatile enough to be used directly from the tube or thinned with oils and solvents for different artistic effects. This compact and organized set is ideal for mobile art projects, home studios, or classroom use, providing a reliable and professional-quality starting point for anyone exploring oil painting.
